Killing Heidi announce regional tour
If you thought your town had missed the chance to host the newly reformed Aussie rockers Killing Heidi, you might just be in luck. The band has today announced their reformation tour is expanding, with another 11 dates set for the end of this year.
The shows are all in regional centres, meaning fans in Darwin, Albury, Mulgrave and Toowoomba get the chance to sing along to the string of favourites that Killing Heidi gave us through the late-‘90s/early-2000s.
Anyone who saw the band on their recent tour will attest that they are sounding great. They even stopped by our party in Sydney a couple of weeks ago to give us a brilliant stripped back take on a few old favourites.
Most of these pub gigs will offer an opportunity to see the band in intimate surroundings, though the tour also features a couple of festival dates like the Caloundra Music Festival and Cully Fest in Toowoomba.
The full list of dates is as follows:
Saturday 2 September – One Tropical Day, Darwin
Friday 29 September – Race Horse Hotel, Ipswich
Saturday 30 September – Night Quarter, Gold Coast
Sunday 1 October – Caloundra Music Festival
Friday 6 October – Waves, Wollongong
