WOMADelaide completes line up for 2018 with huge announcement

The second and final line up of artists playing next year’s WOMADelaide festival have been announced this morning, with organisers once again treating attendees to a monstrously diverse line up of talent from all across the globe.

A few Double J international favourites have snuck into this final announcement, with galactic jazz-funk maestro Thundercat and up and coming modern folk star in the making Bedouine particularly exciting additions.

Elsewhere you have the likes of gypsy punk heroes Gogol Bordello, hip hop heavyweight Peanut Butter Wolf and Chicago’s Hypnotic Brass Ensemble solidifying things considerably.

But the real heroes on this second announcement are the locals. Up and comers like Baker Boy, Didirri and Lonelyspeck sit amongst seasoned stars like Tex, Don & Charlie and Deborah Conway, and current favourites Nai Palm, Remi x Sampa and Mama Kin Spender.
